If you feel confused, conflicted or can’t make sense of your feelings, just talking about it could be helpful. Counselling can be an opportunity to explore the emotional difficulties you may be experiencing in a safe and confidential place without worrying about being judged.
Sometimes, to be able to make changes you need to develop self-awareness and self-acceptance and counselling can be useful for that process. We can work together to enable you to accomplish change.
I’m a qualified Counsellor, with a holistic approach, I work in a person-centred way; exploring how the world is for you and how you feel.
Sessions are available on Fridays between 8.30am and 8.00pm
Counselling sessions last 50 minutes and cost £40.
I only work with individuals over 18.
